Summer Workouts June 16-July 30
Pioneer Summer Workouts
Summer Workouts start June 16 and ends July 30 before official football tryouts begin. Workouts are Monday-Thursday from 8-10:30 am. Workouts consist of strength, power, speed, agility, and endurance workouts. Football players trying out for the team should try and make one of the summer workout clubs.
Pioneer Club 13-17 Workouts. Blue Club 11-12 Workouts.
White Club 9-10 Workouts.
Red Club 7-8 workouts
